🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations in Dynamics 365
• Configure entities, forms, views, business rules, and automated processes
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems via APIs and middleware

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service)
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization with JavaScript, C#, .NET, Power Platform
• Experience with Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and enterprise integration tools
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Azure services experience (Logic Apps, Functions)
