Description

As CTO, you will lead the technical vision and strategy for Civis Analytics, driving the roadmap across the core data platform and emerging AI products. You'll act as a player-coach, balancing high-level architectural decisions with hands-on involvement, and guide the organization toward an AI-centric development environment.

Requirements

• Practical experience with AI systems in production
• Significant experience leading software, platform, or data engineering organizations
• Experience owning technical roadmaps across multiple product lines
• Ability to make architectural decisions for complex data-driven systems
• Comfort getting into technical weeds to unblock teams

Responsibilities

• Guide technical strategy and decision-making as a member of senior leadership
• Own and drive technical roadmap across Civis Platform and AI products
• Lead architecture decisions for platform, data, and AI systems
