💼 About This Role

You'll provide administrative support to the Buyer and Assistant Buyer, tracking orders and communicating with vendors. You'll coordinate samples and meet deadlines for holiday launches and mailers. This hybrid role requires 3 days weekly at our HQ in City of Industry, CA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process, turn in, and track all top samples for website
• Coordinate samples and meet deadlines for holiday launches and mailers
• Input, set up, and distribute street dates and embargoes
• Process Purchase Orders and reconcile store price changes

📋 Requirements

• Associates Degree or higher, or equivalent work experience
• Comprehensive working knowledge of MS Suite
• Ability to prioritize and complete projects with effective time management skills
• Strong communication skills including team collaboration
