💼 About This Role

You'll assist patients with telehealth video visits, guide them through virtual intake, collect vital signs and medical history, and escalate clinical concerns to RNs. This fully remote contract role offers flexible scheduling (day, evening, PRN) within 8AM–8PM EST. You'll use EHR systems and phone support to ensure seamless patient care workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist patients with connecting to telehealth video visits and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Collect and document vital signs, medical history, and medication reconciliation.
• Handle inbound calls, assess patient needs, and provide appropriate guidance.
• Escalate abnormal vital signs or clinical concerns to Registered Nurses.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant.
• Medical Assistant Certification through AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT.
• Experience handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with EHR systems for documentation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AthenaOne EHR, Salesforce, and Slack.
• 2-4 years of telehealth or phone-based patient care experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
