💼 About This Role

You'll troubleshoot and repair automated machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, working with PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networks. You'll play a key role in minimizing downtime and improving system reliability through hands-on problem solving.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair automated machinery and control systems
• Modify and support PLC/HMI programs using Allen-Bradley or Siemens
• Configure and maintain industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, IO-Link)
• Assist with equipment installation, commissioning, and system improvements

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics or Controls
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance
• Experience programming and troubleshooting PLC and HMI systems
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems including 480V and motor controls

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Experience in regulated manufacturing (consumer goods, pharma, etc.)
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement practices
