Description

You will lead and scale a global Account Management and Ad Operations team supporting OpenWeb's Direct Demand business. You will own the post-sale lifecycle, serve as senior escalation point for campaign issues, and partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in digital advertising, ad tech, or publisher environments
  • Experience managing and developing teams
  • Strong client-facing presence with executive communication skills
  • Technical understanding of digital ad campaign setup, launch, tracking, and reporting
  • Ability to troubleshoot delivery, performance, and technical issues

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale a global Account Management and Ad Operations team
  • Own post-sale lifecycle: asset collection, campaign setup, trafficking, launch, monitoring, troubleshooting, wrap-up
  • Serve as senior escalation point for campaign delivery issues and client communication
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal for operational alignment
  • Build, improve, and document processes, workflows, and systems
