Description

As a Senior Consulting Engineer at Neo4j, you will partner with enterprise customers in Australia and Asia-Pacific to design and implement graph-powered solutions using Neo4j technology. You'll guide architecture decisions, build graph data models, and help integrate graph capabilities into modern AI and data architectures, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years designing enterprise-class data-driven applications
• Strong experience in data modelling across relational, NoSQL, or graph databases
• Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, or C#
• Familiarity with Linux, Docker, or Kubernetes deployment environments
• Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to customers

Responsibilities

• Lead Neo4j implementations across the full project lifecycle from design to production
• Design and implement graph data models for complex relationships and high-performance querying
• Integrate Neo4j into AI data architectures supporting RAG and advanced analytics
• Train and mentor customer teams on graph development best practices
• Contribute to solution proposals, effort assessments, and technical recommendations
