🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and development of video processing and ad insertion software
• Architect solutions for quality, robustness, and scale at massive volumes
• Implement algorithms for encoding efficiency and video intelligence
• Build automated video quality control systems for streams

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in multimedia software development
• Expert proficiency in C++ or Java
• Deep understanding of video codecs (H.264/AVC, HEVC, AV1)
• Hands-on experience with open-source multimedia projects (ffmpeg, GStreamer)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Machine Learning and GenAI systems for media processing
• Knowledge of HDR standards (Dolby Vision, HDR10+)
• MS or PhD degree
