You'll own and elevate the UnitedMasters creative vision, ensuring brand and messaging resonate with independent artists. You'll lead end-to-end creative for marketing campaigns across web, digital, social, and events. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on creative execution at a music-tech company backed by major investors.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own and evolve the UnitedMasters brand identity and creative vision.
- Lead end-to-end creative production for marketing campaigns.
- Develop social content series to showcase artists and grow audience engagement.
- Build and scale a high-performing design org with strong processes.
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years experience leading marketing creative in-house or at an agency.
- Proven experience defining or evolving brand identity including style guides.
- Experience building creative for multi-channel campaigns with digital focus.
- Portfolio of impactful, multi-channel campaigns required.
