You'll own and elevate the UnitedMasters creative vision, ensuring brand and messaging resonate with independent artists. You'll lead end-to-end creative for marketing campaigns across web, digital, social, and events. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on creative execution at a music-tech company backed by major investors.

  • Own and evolve the UnitedMasters brand identity and creative vision.
  • Lead end-to-end creative production for marketing campaigns.
  • Develop social content series to showcase artists and grow audience engagement.
  • Build and scale a high-performing design org with strong processes.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years experience leading marketing creative in-house or at an agency.
  • Proven experience defining or evolving brand identity including style guides.
  • Experience building creative for multi-channel campaigns with digital focus.
  • Portfolio of impactful, multi-channel campaigns required.

  • Experience in the music or entertainment industry.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing and data-driven creative optimization.
