Description

You will oversee daily operations in a vehicle inspection center, managing a team of leads and associates in a lean manufacturing environment. You'll drive quality, production, and cost objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high associate engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience leading and developing associates
• Proven ability to deliver project and company metrics
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center
• Mentor and develop direct reports through coaching and training
• Ensure adherence to operating standards and performance objectives
• Maintain adequate production capacity and assist with planning
• Lead continuous improvement and problem-solving efforts
