💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of Account Directors for OpenAI's enterprise segment in Australia & New Zealand, driving the sales strategy for highly capable AI models. You'll partner with solutions teams, manage revenue forecasts, and contribute to product roadmap. This role is based in Sydney with a hybrid work model and relocation assistance.

🎯 What You'll Do

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years leading Enterprise Sales teams
  • Experience selling PaaS/SaaS at product-led growth company

  • Supporting growth of fast-growing, high-performance companies
