Description

You will resolve the most complex and high-impact technical issues, providing technical leadership across the support organization. You will partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to drive systemic improvements that enhance product stability and customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years advanced technical support experience or equivalent in PKI/security technologies
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows Server or Linux (IIS, ADFS, WAP, Active Directory)
  • Strong expertise in PKI, ADCS, certificate lifecycle management, and cryptographic principles
  • Proficient in SQL database analysis including complex queries
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts (firewalls, load balancers, proxy configurations)

Responsibilities

  • Independently resolve critical, complex, and high-severity customer issues
  • Serve as escalation point and apply deep diagnostic expertise across multiple technical domains
  • Reproduce customer issues in lab environments to validate root cause
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to support engineers across all tiers
  • Identify recurring issues and partner with Product/Engineering to implement corrective actions
