💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare as a Heavy Equipment Field Technician at our Milwaukee facility, maintaining and repairing a variety of heavy equipment and aerial lifts using our T3 platform. You'll drive continuous improvement and help transform the construction industry. You'll work on the newest fleet in the industry with year-round training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Assist in training lower level technicians as needed
• Travel to customer job sites for repairs when required

📋 Requirements

• Must own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with understanding of schematics
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

✨ Nice to Have

• Trade school certificate preferred
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements preferred
