Description

You will lead a small product team of 3-5 engineers, balancing management (30%) with hands-on development. You'll redesign engineering workflows with autonomous agents, build reusable agentic primitives, and ensure high-quality, scalable output through verification loops. This role is about inspiring your team to be their best and driving efficient, people-first processes.

Requirements

• Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people
• Extensive experience with Frontend (React, JS, ES6, Jest) or Backend (Elixir/Phoenix)
• Strong engineering fundamentals and track record of shipping production systems
• Practical experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows
• Ability to think in systems: define specs, break down plans, and close the loop on quality

Responsibilities

• Manage a small product team of 3-5 engineers (backend & frontend)
• Actively participate in product development alongside management duties
• Lead hiring and onboarding processes for new engineers
• Provide continuous feedback and coaching to help the team grow
