💼 About This Role

You'll support thermal spray technicians by preparing parts for dimensional restoration. You'll apply masking and conduct surface preparations using grit blasting on turbine engine components. Through hands-on and computer-based training, you'll develop the skills needed for this entry-level role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Clean, mask, and grit blast components to required surface standards
• Review router and operational sketches to identify work to be performed
• Inspect work for quality, oil, residue, or oxidation
• Assist thermal spray operators by staging materials and parts

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and diagrams
• Attention to detail in a manufacturing setting
• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Basic knowledge of computers and standard software
• Experience with hand tools and good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
