You'll act as the "Engine Room" of the People department, driving the CPO's strategic agenda through meticulous workplan execution and executive-level communication. You'll own global compliance and manage complex total rewards. This role combines high-level strategic orchestration with rigorous operational ownership.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own and drive the HR annual workplan and quarterly milestones
  • Act as CPO's partner for board decks, presentations, and announcements
  • Lead global compensation frameworks, equity, and incentive plans
  • Manage HRIS implementation, optimization, and people analytics dashboards

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years in HR/People Ops with 7+ years in Global Ops, C&B, and leadership
  • Proven track record managing complex compliance landscapes
  • Experience leading people analytics practices and managing programs
  • Strong people leadership and talent development capabilities

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in HR or Business
  • Experience with EOR/PEO vendors
  • Background in Finance or Ops units
