๐ผ About This Role
You'll act as the "Engine Room" of the People department, driving the CPO's strategic agenda through meticulous workplan execution and executive-level communication. You'll own global compliance and manage complex total rewards. This role combines high-level strategic orchestration with rigorous operational ownership.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own and drive the HR annual workplan and quarterly milestones
- Act as CPO's partner for board decks, presentations, and announcements
- Lead global compensation frameworks, equity, and incentive plans
- Manage HRIS implementation, optimization, and people analytics dashboards
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years in HR/People Ops with 7+ years in Global Ops, C&B, and leadership
- Proven track record managing complex compliance landscapes
- Experience leading people analytics practices and managing programs
- Strong people leadership and talent development capabilities
โจ Nice to Have
- Master's degree in HR or Business
- Experience with EOR/PEO vendors
- Background in Finance or Ops units
