💼 About This Role

You'll help scale Voicemod's legal function as we expand our product offering, partnerships, and global footprint. You'll be a key business partner across teams, enabling fast decision-making while managing legal and compliance risks. This role offers the chance to create scalable legal frameworks and support AI-powered experiences in a fast-growing tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and drive commercial agreements, including vendor, marketing, and influencer contracts.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to assess legal risks for new features.
• Support international expansion with risk assessments and local counsel coordination.
• Build scalable legal foundations, including templates, playbooks, and internal guidelines.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of legal experience with strong exposure to commercial and tech environments.
• Law degree from an accredited institution, with bar admission in an EU Member State or US.
• Solid in-house legal experience (or strong law firm + in-house combination) supporting fast-moving teams.
• Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate contracts end-to-end, balancing speed and risk.

• Experience with technology partnerships (integrations, SDKs, preloads, distribution).
• Familiarity with consumer-facing products and digital content/platform topics.
• Experience supporting AI-related projects (data sourcing, model development constraints).
