💼 About This Role

You'll partner with clients to deliver high-impact carbon accounting and decarbonisation strategies in a fast-growing climate tech company. You'll guide data analysts and ensure quality in GHG Protocol-aligned reporting. This hybrid role in Japan blends pre-sales, advisory, and thought leadership for a mission-driven team tackling climate change.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise clients on carbon accounting and decarbonisation strategies
• Support pre-sales with subject matter expertise and presentations
• Lead client workshops on climate reporting and regulations
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of emissions measurement outputs

📋 Requirements

• Professional-level Japanese and conversational English
• 3+ years in sustainability, climate consulting, or advisory
• 2+ years hands-on carbon accounting including Scope 3 via GHG Protocol
• Experience delivering climate reporting (e.g. CDP, TCFD, SBTi)
