💼 About This Role

You'll teach behavioral and communication skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting at our learning center. You'll follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs and record progress in our data collection system. You'll receive paid training to become an RBT.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in 1:1 sessions
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Record behavior analysis and progress in Central Reach data system
• Help with lunch, bathroom breaks, and diaper changing

📋 Requirements

• At least 18 years old with valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment
• Ability to frequently bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), squat, sit, stand, and/or run
• Must have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT certification preferred
• TRICARE certification preferred
• Background in child care, teaching, counseling, or babysitting
