Description

You will manage a diverse patient panel, providing acute, chronic, and well care in-office and via tele-health, while collaborating with a dedicated team to transform primary care.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
• At least 2 of last 5 years in outpatient primary care
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (certification within 1 year)
• State licensed in Washington
• Passion for human-centered primary care and effective communication

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office or via tele-health
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds for continuous learning
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams via daily huddles
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues
