Description

You will join Collibra's L3 Team to identify code defects in the software platform by investigating customer-reported problems, finding root causes, and applying workarounds. Collaborating with product engineering teams to understand functional requirements and improve observability through logging and monitoring enhancements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years developing Java-based applications (Scala is a plus)
  • 2+ years developing enterprise-grade Python applications leveraging APIs
  • 2+ years experience with SQL data sources
  • Knowledge of OO principles, Design Patterns, Test-Driven Development
  • Experience maintaining software running in production

Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex customer issues to determine root cause
  • Improve observability by identifying logging and monitoring improvements
  • Unblock customers using software
  • Collaborate across Product Engineering teams to understand unclear functional requirements
