💼 About This Role

You'll own the administration and execution of Boomi's global sales incentive plans, ensuring accuracy and scalability. You'll partner with Revenue Operations and Sales Operations to manage payroll processing and system configuration within Xactly Incent. This role offers a chance to shape a cutting-edge compensation program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare monthly Xactly Incent load files with quotas and commission rates
• Manage end-to-end plan distribution process from document generation through acceptance
• Process compensation changes for new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers in Xactly Incent
• Assist with configuration, testing, and maintenance of Xactly Incent

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on sales commission administration experience
• Advanced proficiency in Xactly Incent
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
