Description

You will lead a team of critical lift technicians for Starship and Super Heavy vehicles, translating engineering direction into reality by managing resources, prioritizing work, and fostering a culture of productivity and safety. This role requires working side-by-side with your team to execute heavy crane lifting and rigging operations on a night shift.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 8+ years in Heavy Lift/Heavy Transport Operations
• 5+ years leading Crane and Rigging teams
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work night shift (6 PM - 6 AM) and extended hours

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of critical lift technicians for heavy crane lifting and rigging
• Lead performance management, training, and headcount planning
• Review work instructions and recommend changes
• Monitor labor hours, overtime, and implement improvement plans
• Ensure product quality, safety, and continuous improvement
