💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end growth for Lisbon, driving bookings, revenue, and supply. Your core impact is converting every real opportunity into actual bookings by removing blockers and scaling what works. This hands-on role gives you full ownership of a city within a fast-growing European housing platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own city growth end-to-end: bookings, revenue, supply, unit economics.
• Guide landlords to publish listings, set pricing, and secure contracts.
• Identify where bookings get stuck and personally unblock them.
• Track performance daily and decide weekly priorities for growth.

📋 Requirements

• Portuguese (native/fluent) and English proficiency.
• Experience building something from zero or early stage (market, product, business).
• Background in fast-moving, ambiguous environments (startups, scale-ups, consulting).
• Data literacy with ability to interpret metrics and act on insights.
