You will lead and execute all efforts to achieve individual store goals at Reformation, a sustainable fashion brand. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll drive sales, deliver an excellent customer experience, and act as a brand ambassador while maintaining inventory accuracy and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
• Actively lead by example and inspire others to generate clientele and maximize customer retention
• Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience
• Contribute to a technology led in-store experience for customers
• Maintain extraordinary customer experience feedback scores on service evaluation through NPS
