You will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities within an existing customer base, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring successful adoption of MongoDB's solutions. Focus on prospecting into CTOs and engineering leaders, managing the full sales cycle, and collaborating with the sales ecosystem to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years quota-carrying field sales experience focusing on closing new workloads and expanding accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to expand existing accounts and sell horizontally across business units
  • Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • Ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Must live in territory; flexible work model

Responsibilities

  • Prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and technical end users
  • Grow existing customer base by landing new workloads through outbound prospecting
  • Manage full sales cycle for all MongoDB Products and Services
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plan to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with sales ecosystem to drive sales initiatives and partnerships
