💼 About This Role

You'll execute enablement initiatives and develop sales content for a global B2B tech team. Your work will ensure sellers have the tools and training to succeed and reduce ramp time for new hires. This role collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires
  • Translate and adapt sales content into Spanish
  • Develop and maintain enablement assets in Spanish
  • Provide coaching through call reviews and role plays

📋 Requirements

  • 2–4 years in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Sales
  • Fluent English (C1 level)
  • Experience in B2B companies (preferably SaaS, CPaaS, or telecom)
  • Strong content development and presentation skills

✨ Nice to Have

  • Portuguese proficiency
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, or similar tools
  • Experience in CPaaS or telecom industry
