You'll drive operational excellence across laboratory workflows, partnering with scientific and quality stakeholders to improve efficiency and standardization. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Map current and future-state laboratory processes including roles and handoffs.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in lab workflows and propose improvements.
• Support development of process narratives, RACIs, SOPs, and training materials.
• Assist in designing process-related KPIs and monitoring performance metrics.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on laboratory experience in a clinical or research lab environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end sample lifecycle processes from receipt to reporting.
• Experience in process mapping or workflow analysis.
