You'll lead the MI WFP Neighborhood Captains Program and coordinate independent expenditure field programs for priority districts.   • Develop and manage the Neighborhood Captains program
  • Provide training, onboarding, and coaching to captains
  • Coordinate independent expenditure field program in priority districts
  • Establish and lead IE table with partner organizations

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of grassroots, labor, community, or electoral organizing
  • Coalition-building and partnership management experience
  • Leadership development and training facilitation skills
  • Michigan political landscape knowledge

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience managing electoral campaigns or political programs
  • Familiarity with labor union organizing and community coalition work
  • Proficiency with CRM and campaign data tools (EveryAction, VAN, Spoke)
