As a Visual Merchandising Associate, you will bring the Reformation brand vision to life through compelling in-store displays, ensuring product presentation aligns with corporate guidelines to drive traffic and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Maintain highest visual merchandising standards
• Prioritize customer service while completing tasks
• Share feedback with VM Manager weekly
• Contribute to positive team morale
• Participate in Monday walkthrough and action planning

Responsibilities

• Execute product presentation including dressing room outfits, mannequin dressing, and folding per corporate guidelines
• Complete weekly 'Go Lives' in an organized and timely manner
• Oversee VM recovery: swap low lines, move slow sellers, remove duplicates, replenish empty notches
• Facilitate efficient shipment processing to maximize sales
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of sales floor, fitting rooms, and windows
