You will lead the development of a scalable payroll platform for global markets, working with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and deliver exceptional payroll experiences. Your role involves driving high-impact projects, using AI to enhance productivity, and collaborating across departments to solve complex problems.

Requirements

• Experience as a senior product manager in a multi-product, high-growth scale-up
• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code; ability to autonomously build and ship functional code
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and HR functions
• Experience launching products or features that leveraged AI
• Data-driven with experience setting and tracking goals
