Description

You will lead Oracle Cloud SCM architecture ideation and design, implement integration architecture, and configure supply planning solutions to support biotech business challenges, creating scalable best-in-class processes. You'll drive efficiency, reduce variation, and guide adoption across functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 10 years of implementation/development experience with Oracle SCM and Manufacturing modules
• Minimum 2 complete full life cycle Oracle Cloud implementations
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes: forecasting, demand planning, MRP, order fulfillment, purchasing, manufacturing, inventory control
• Strong analytical and root cause analysis abilities
• Ability to work independently in cross-functional global organizations
• Preferred: 4+ years experience with Oracle Cloud Planning applications
• Preferred: Expertise in data accessibility, reporting, and exporting views to Snowflake
• Preferred: Business process improvement/re-engineering and hands-on configuration

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud SCM architecture ideation and direction
• Design, implement, and configure Oracle Cloud supply planning solutions aligned with business requirements
• Manage architecture of complex data integration, design, and solution deployment
• Develop efficient procedures and policies to reduce process variation and gaps
• Promote process agility by identifying and driving architecture enhancement opportunities
• Influence strategic direction and architecture across functions and enterprise
• Manage production support issues and tickets through Asana
• Lead documentation preparation including user guides, configuration guides, and business requirements
