💼 About This Role

You'll lead the full research lifecycle for financial wellness products, using mixed methods to uncover customer needs. Your insights will directly shape product strategy and drive faster, more confident decision-making across teams. You'll also contribute to building and scaling Credit Genie's research practice.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own research strategy and roadmap for key product areas.
• Design and execute end-to-end studies from scoping to activation.
• Conduct customer interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for Product, Design, and Engineering.

📋 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of UX/User Research experience in product environments.
• Strong mixed-methods expertise (qualitative and quantitative).
• Proven ability to lead customer interviews and research initiatives end-to-end.
• Excellent study design and analytical thinking.

• Fintech or regulated industry experience.
• Experience with advanced research methods (e.g., segmentation, experimentation).
• Background in building or scaling research practices.
