Description

You will manage full-cycle recruiting for professional and field staff, partnering with business leaders to develop targeted strategies, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and build candidate pipelines. Your work will support challenging construction projects in the Southwest across commercial, industrial, mission-critical, and water/wastewater sectors.

Requirements

• 2+ years construction, engineering, technical or craft recruiting preferred
• Ability to multi-task, collaborate, set priorities, and take initiative
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Experience with ATS, Greenhouse preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruiting process for professional and field staff
• Screen resumes for appropriate experience, credentials, skills, and knowledge
• Conduct in-person and phone screen interviews to determine technical and cultural fit
• Build effective business partnerships with Workforce Development and HR Teams
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build candidate pipelines
