💼 About This Role

You'll own the scheduling and lifecycle of compliance service work orders from request through billing readiness. You'll ensure accurate work order data entry and closeout to drive operational efficiency and technician productivity. This role is key to maintaining clean, timely work order data for revenue flow.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create, update, and manage work orders in company system
• Assign work orders based on technician capacity, geography, and job type
• Communicate scheduling timelines and updates to customers
• Review completed work orders for accuracy and completeness

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in dispatching, scheduling, or operations coordination
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting schedules
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
