• Drive US market entry from strategy to execution
• Build and execute initial hiring plans
• Support fundraising efforts and investor coordination
• Establish A1's US presence including office setup
• Drive external positioning and partnerships

📋 Requirements

• Background in MBB consulting, top-tier VC, or startups
• Strong generalist skills across strategy, hiring, and operations
• High agency and ability to figure things out independently
• Clear and concise communication with senior stakeholders
