• Design and build secure, scalable full-stack solutions with Next.js
• Embed SOX compliance into architecture, data models, and code

• Provide technical leadership via code reviews and mentorship

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience
• 2+ years in a Solutions Architect or Senior Tech Lead role
• Expert-level proficiency with Next.js (App Router), React, TypeScript
• Experience with Node.js, Python, or Java backend development

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Payload CMS or similar headless CMS
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools like Cursor
• Knowledge of SOX-compliant environments design and implementation
