💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets. This role lets you share your fandom knowledge while developing leadership skills.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers
• Step in and cover the sales floor when manager is pulled away
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate store and merchandise product using approved equipment
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
