Description

You will design and implement scalable backend microservices, build high-throughput APIs, and lead event-driven workflows. You'll own end-to-end integrations and apply AI-first development to accelerate delivery.

Requirements

• Strong engineering fundamentals: concurrency, design patterns, distributed systems
• Experience designing backend services and APIs in Java/Spring Boot or similar stacks
• Ability to bridge business strategy and technical execution
• Comfort leveraging AI tools to assist development
• Fluent English communication

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable backend microservices

• Implement event-driven workflows with Kafka
• Design relational and NoSQL data models and optimize performance
• Apply AI-first development workflows to accelerate delivery
