💼 About This Role

You'll lead CRO laboratory projects from conception through close-out, managing timelines, budgets, and client relationships. You'll accelerate the development of novel therapeutics through assay development and clinical testing. This client-facing role requires cross-functional leadership across internal teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead project planning, execution, and close-out
• Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and revenue goals
• Serve as primary client contact and internal cross-functional lead
• Coordinate data gathering, reporting, and risk mitigation

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life science or related field
• Project Manager experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech central laboratory
• Excellent computer skills with MS Office/MS 365 applications
• Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills
