Capture Strategist - U.S. Air Force

Description

You will identify and secure new business opportunities for the U.S. Air Force by conducting market analysis, developing capture strategies, and leading proposal development. You'll collaborate with engineering and business development teams to align product roadmaps with customer needs and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years working with U.S. Air Force (industry or government)
  • Understanding of government procurement, FAR, and capture lifecycle
  • Experience writing Federal proposals with multi-million-dollar wins
  • Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to qualify opportunities
  • Develop capture plans and win themes for U.S. Air Force opportunities
  • Attend customer meetings, industry days, and conferences
  • Translate customer priorities into engineering roadmap inputs
  • Lead proposal and RFx content development
