You'll be the operational owner of Payment Scheme activity for ClearBank Europe, ensuring scheme requirements are understood and adhered to. Your core impact is managing day-to-day scheme interactions and compliance. This standalone role offers high autonomy in a fast-paced fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day interactions for SEPA, TARGET, SWIFT schemes.
• Coordinate scheme attestations, questionnaires, and compliance evidence.
• Track scheme requirement changes and assess impact across teams.
• Support scheme-related testing activities with Technology and Product teams.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years practical experience with SEPA, TARGET, or SWIFT schemes.
• Experience managing scheme attestations or ongoing compliance activities.
• Working knowledge of EU payments regulations and PSD2.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with correspondent banking and payments operations.
• Familiarity with delivery and change lifecycles.
