You'll own the dbt project end-to-end, maintaining models and orchestration in Snowflake. You'll define shared metrics and drive data quality and observability across the analytics layer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and maintain dbt project in Snowflake
• Orchestrate analytics pipeline with production dbt jobs
• Define and defend shared metric definitions
• Drive documentation culture for data tables and dbt models
• Lead data quality and observability via Metaplane monitors

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in analytics engineering or data engineering
• Strong SQL and data modeling fundamentals
• Experience with Snowflake in production
• Comfort owning orchestration tooling (Airflow, dbt Cloud)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Metaplane or similar data observability tools
• Familiarity with compliance and vendor management
• Mentoring experience with analysts
