Description

You will serve as a technical pillar within our Engineering Org, driving architectural decisions and building scalable solutions to revolutionize women's healthcare. You will mentor engineers, partner with leadership, and translate business goals into technical strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years building and scaling complex engineering solutions
• Proven production experience in Django/DRF and React/Next.js
• Experience in startup environment with large-scale architectural migrations
• Versatile background in consumer-facing products and complex operational systems
• Proficient with agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural reviews across multiple teams to prevent technical debt
• Advocate for critical infrastructure upgrades enabling business velocity
• Craft scalable, flexible products and code balancing speed and scalability
• Establish best practices for automated testing, CI/CD, and high-quality code
• Partner with Executive Leadership and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical strategies
