You'll drive product strategy and roadmap from onboarding through autonomous property management. This role offers the chance to shape agentic AI experiences in a fast-moving startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the Hosto Agent product roadmap end-to-end
• Design and optimize conversational AI experiences
• Lead onboarding and activation experiences
• Define autonomy frameworks like Autopilot and Co-pilot

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• 2+ years leading a 0-to-1 product initiative
• Experience shipping LLM-powered features in production
• Expertise in product growth metrics

• Daily use of AI tools like Cursor or Claude Code
