Description

In this production-focused sales role, you will handle inbound leads for General Liability insurance, underwrite and quote policies, and guide contractors through the bind process. You will also field inbound calls for other commercial lines products like surety bonds and Workers Compensation. Your output directly contributes to the growth of the commercial lines book.

Requirements

• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in the insurance industry in a prior sales, account management, or service role
• Working knowledge of General Liability products, underwriting basics, and carrier processes
• California P&C License preferred; willing to obtain one with company sponsorship
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline, follow up consistently, and close
• Willing to work onsite 4 days a week, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound General Liability sales leads from first contact through bound policy
• Underwrite products and deliver accurate quotes based on customer needs and carrier guidelines
• Field inbound calls across other commercial lines products including surety bonds and Workers Compensation
• Process inbound payments and assist clients with account updates and policy-related items
• Meet and exceed defined production targets and KPI objectives
