• 5+ years legal operations experience optimizing in-house legal workflow
• Familiarity with legal department KPIs
• Experience managing budget spend management
• Experience implementing new systems and workstreams
• Robust experience with legal operations technology and software

Responsibilities

• Manage legal operations processes and perform new process mapping
• Build out new processes and design roadmaps for implementation
• Create and maintain resource materials on operational processes
• Plan and implement improvements to contracting systems
• Assist with project coordination and process management
