  • Lead and oversee Vetify Supplier Support teams and BPO partners
  • Optimize case management operations including routing and prioritization
  • Drive adoption of automation and AI within support workflows
  • Monitor and improve key metrics like CSAT, NPS, and SLA adherence

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing a call center or support center
  • Experience managing multi-site or BPO operations
  • Strong working knowledge of support center operations (case management, SLAs)
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Service Cloud or similar CRM

  • Familiarity with automation and AI tools like chatbots
