๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee Vetify Supplier Support teams and BPO partners
- Optimize case management operations including routing and prioritization
- Drive adoption of automation and AI within support workflows
- Monitor and improve key metrics like CSAT, NPS, and SLA adherence
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing a call center or support center
- Experience managing multi-site or BPO operations
- Strong working knowledge of support center operations (case management, SLAs)
- Proficiency with Salesforce Service Cloud or similar CRM
