You'll design and deliver scalable integrations and AI-powered workflows across enterprise systems. Your work will directly improve business execution efficiency for a leading cloud media platform. This is a high-impact, MVP-first role with full ownership from design to production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, Slack, Okta
• Build reusable connectors and expand the MCP Gateway platform
• Develop AI-powered workflows using LLMs, agents, and RAG
• Ensure system reliability through monitoring, alerting, and incident response

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in integrations / MIS / systems engineering in SaaS
• Strong API experience (REST, GraphQL, webhooks)
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript (Node.js / TypeScript)
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS tools (Workato, Zapier, Make, Tray)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MCP or API mediation layers
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures or data pipelines
• Relevant certifications (Okta, Salesforce, Workato)
