🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute technology vision and roadmap with CTO
• Oversee cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
• Lead software development practices and data system optimization
• Identify and implement AI and machine learning tools for operational efficiency

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of management and leadership experience in IT
• At least 5 years in an executive capacity overseeing cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Familiarity with core financial technology components like data management and security frameworks
